This exciting role puts you at the heart of a growing team, connecting with farmers to deliver tailored feed solutions and drive business success.
Work closely with field account managers to grow relationships, maximize sales, and provide top-tier advice to customers-all from the convenience of a phone-based setup.
The Job -Be the go-to expert for farmers, selling a diverse range of products, from palletized feeds to seeds, fertilizers, and calk milk replacers.
-Collaborate with field sales teams to uncover new opportunities and boost sales across all product lines.
-Lead campaigns, follow up on leads, and ensure farmers get the right solutions for their needs.
-Play a key role in growing accounts by cross-selling and driving new business opportunities.
The Candidate -A motivated sales professional with 2+ years of experience.
-Agricultural experience or interest would be highly desirable.
-A natural communicator with strong relationship-building and closing skills.
-Proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused.
-Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools.
