Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Duties - Posting & Promoting Roles: Advertise job openings across our website and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook) to attract top talent.
- Applicant Screening: Evaluate applications, gather relevant information, and assess fit for both qualifications and company culture.
- Interview Coordination & Conducting: Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and via Teams, in collaboration with a director.
- Candidate Management: Track applicants throughout the recruitment process, maintain accurate records, and report progress to directors.
Marketing Integration - Brand Representation: Collaborate with Blueprint's Senior Marketing Executive to enhance our social media presence and maintain a professional, consistent brand voice.
- Content Creation: Support the creation of promotional content for campaigns and job listings, ensuring high engagement across platforms.
- Event Promotion: Assist in marketing events and company initiatives, boosting participation and engagement.
