A journey defined by a destination; to deliver on our purpose.Let us tell you about the opportunity As part of our internal sales team, you will work collaboratively with the National Account Leads and our Management team to deliver critical front-line support.
You will provide exceptional customer service through positive working relationships, whilst also being the go-to support for MI reports and data for the sales team, our Brokers and Dealers.This role is really important to us!
The support you provide will enable us to make data driven decisions, manage risk and pro-actively manage, develop and improve our account relationships.Our team work on a hybrid basis from our central Cardiff office, working onsite 2 days per week, along with 1 Saturday in 12.What will your day look like?Compiling risk and oversight audits to ensure that our dealer and broker partners continue to work within the guidelines given by MotoNovo Finance and the FCACreating MI for your designated accounts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis – as well as supporting with any ad hoc requestsHandling queries received from dealers and brokers, using regular telephone contact to build and maintain strong relationships with key accountsMonitoring and identifying trends in performance of existing Accounts, and implementing plans to improve results or embrace opportunities identifiedPromoting relevant products and suggesting enhancements where negative trends have been identifiedWhat do we expect from you?Proven success in intermediary development / sales support / key account managementHighly analytical with proven ability to identify opportunities/problems from MI / data suites Great time management and organisational skillsBasic to intermediate Excel skills, to be assessed at interview stageLogical approach to data, process and problem solving Self-motivated and driven – comfortable in a fast paced environmentAbility to recommend and deliver innovative and creative ideas Attention to detail Excellent influencing skills In-depth knowledge of Regulation/Consumer duty and the Motor finance market would be highly desirable.What can you expect from us?A hybrid working policy, 2 days per week onsite in our central Cardiff officeA friendly and flexible culture, the same as how we work with our customersA growing organisation that means there's lots of opportunities to progressA drive for continuous improvement, which you will be empowered to get behind from day oneAnd of course, you will be rewarded competitively, with a good range of core benefits and bonus potentialStill curious?Join us and we'll make the same promises to you as a colleague, as we do to each of our customers.
