The company are a broker and are offering a wide range of finance solutions including personal and car loans, secured loans, personal and commercial mortgages, buy-to-let and portfolio mortgages, business loans, asset finance and other business-related funding options.

This is an office based role in their Cardiff office the role of Client Relationship Manager is about being high energy and a champion for building a team that enjoys working in a highly reactive, customer-focused environment.
This leadership role is pivotal in driving our customer success team to deliver an unrivalled customer experience.
A key focus will be maximising conversion of new enquiries that are generated across the business into qualified telephone appointments both internally and with our panel of partners.
Proactive in looking for revenue growth opportunities by up-selling and cross-selling
Prepare monthly team performance reports for Directors and senior management
Help establish & manage the Company CRM & telephony systems to monitor and maximise team performance
Provide proactive leadership within the office, making key decisions swiftly to maintain exceptional customer service
Recruit, train and manage performance of people in the team
Work closely with our internal broker teams and external partners to ensure customer needs are met, ensuring an excellent customer experience
