We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our EdTech startup accelerator team as a Programme Management Support Intern.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will support administrative and scheduling activities, as well as contribute to the smooth execution of various programme tasks.
Position Overview: This internship focuses on providing essential administrative and operational support to the programme management team.
The intern will play a vital role in maintaining schedules, coordinating communication, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the accelerator programme.
Key Responsibilities: • Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining accurate and organised records, managing programme documentation, and updating databases including project management software, as needed.
• Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, schedules, and programme events, ensuring all logistics and communications are well-managed.
• Communication: Act as a point of contact for programme participants, responding promptly and professionally to enquiries from startups, coaches, experts, and team members.
• General Support: Collaborate with the programme management team to ensure the smooth execution of tasks and assist with other areas of the programme as required.
• Reporting: Help prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in administrative or programme support roles is a plus, but not essential.
• An interest in startups, education technology, or programme management is desirable.
