This interim role requires a confident and dynamic professional who can provide immediate leadership to improve standards and drive positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all operational and managerial aspects of the care home.
Lead the team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in line with CQC standards.
Implement effective turnaround strategies to improve compliance and service quality.
Act as a key point of contact with CQC, families, and other stakeholders.
Provide mentorship and support to staff, fostering a positive working environment.
Essential Requirements: Registered Manager experience in elderly care.
Demonstrable success in CQC compliance and turnaround projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running.
Availability to start immediately and commit to the full duration of the role.
