Interim Hr Business Partner - Luxury Retail

Interim HR BP - 75k pro rata - London Hybrid - 4 M FTC+A luxury retail business is seeking an Interim HR Business Partner (HR BP) to support a group of stores across London in a generalist remit covering the annual HR lifecycle including Employee Relations (ER), performance, talent, and learning.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will manage an HR Advisor and work as part of a wider team.
Responsibilities:Support multiple stores in a generalist HR remit.Handle various aspects of the annual HR lifecycle, including ER, performance management, talent management, and learning.Manage an HR Advisor.Minimum Requirements:CIPD qualified or equivalent.Experience as an HR BP within a luxury retail business.Ability to operate as a true generalist without the need for Centers of Excellence (COEs).Experience working at pace and starting a new role on short notice.Willingness to commit to a 4-month plus duration in a hybrid work environment with store visits across London.What You Need to Do Now:If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
