As the company prepares to receive a minority investment from a Private Equity Firm, it's entering an exciting phase of transformation.
To navigate this period of change, they seek an Interim Financial Controller to lead key financial operations.

You'll assume significant responsibility, spearheading the finance function and driving crucial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate month-end reporting.
Oversee and enhance financial controls, processes, and systems to support scalability.
Manage the finance team, providing leadership and support to ensure high performance.
Support the preparation of statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP Provide detailed financial analysis to assist in strategic decision-making for the senior leadership team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on budget forecasts, financial planning, and cash flow management.
Assist with audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Skills & Experience Required: ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
Strong technical accounting skills, including statutory reporting and consolidations.
Prior experience in a Private Equity-backed business is highly desirable
