Interim Divisional Director for Unplanned Care, East of England – Start ASAP – circa 5-months – Band 9 / VSM We are currently working with our Client, an NHS organisation based in the East of England, who are looking for a new Interim Divisional Director for Unplanned Care.
This role is looking to start ASAP and will be for circa 5-months.
The Interim Divisional Director for Unplanned Care job will ideally be performed on a full-time basis.
Regarding remuneration, this role falls inside IR35 and is band 9/VSM , preferably via a Fixed Term Contract.
In addition, the successful candidate would be expected to be on-site.
Job Role - Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, key duties will include; Supporting the trust to improve their 4-hour target Assisting the organisation with their financial recovery plan The Person - Successful candidates will need to have worked a similar role previously.
A senior operations background of working for an urgent care division within an NHS organisation would be very desirable for this role.
Clinical experience would be preferable, but not essential.
