Interim Deputy General Counsel - Europe

Our client, a global leader in their field, are looking for a Deputy General Counsel – Europe to join their team on an interim basis.
The organisation is at an exciting juncture in their growth story and as a result, they are looking for a lawyer with corporate / commercial experience to support them on their journey.
The General Counsel is hugely inspirational and is looking for someone to work in partnership with them – helping to build out best in class legal teams that provide practical, solutions focused and commercial legal advice.
With a sole focus on Europe, you will work alongside the organisation's CEOs based in Europe, advising on a broad spectrum of corporate, commercial, regulatory, compliance and governance related matters.
The scope of the role will also involve working strategically with Board members and managing a team.
