Insurance Officer Up to £37,500 London Bridge Hyde is looking to recruit an Insurance Officer.

As an Insurance Officer at Hyde, you will be working within the Risk and Governance Department to assist the Group Insurance Manager in handling insurance documents, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing general support to the team.
You will contribute to the efficient management of insurance-related administrative tasks and support the smooth running of the insurance function.
Responsibilities: Update and maintain the insurance claims management system to ensure accurate information is held.
Assist the Insurance Manager with the annual insurance renewal process.
Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and surveyors to process claims for the Group.
Collaborate with Neighbourhood Officers and Surveyors to review and process claims.
Handle correspondence related to insurance and initiate claims procedures.
Prepare periodical claims reports and assist in drawing out reports for management use.
Skills and Experience Required: Experience working in the insurance sector, particularly with large, dispersed organisations.
Proficiency in managing insurance-related administrative tasks, including policy renewals and claims processing.
Ability to liaise with insurance professionals and internal staff to ensure efficient claims handling.
Strong organisational skills to maintain filing and record-keeping systems.
