We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service focused individual to join us in our Bolton office as an Engineer Support Administrator, providing administrative support to our Motor Engineers, Repairers and Salvage Agents, who deliver an efficient and highly customer focused motor vehicle accident/theft management service.
Joining us as an Engineer Support Administrator, you'll be an essential member of the team helping our customers over the phone, by handling their queries.
You'll have strong communication skills, with the ability to build great relationships based on Integrity and trust.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Full time, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home at our Bolton office.
What you'll be doing: Manage the allocation of inspections to the appropriate engineering resource.
Maintain accurate vehicle inspection records.
Carry out front-end motor administration duties.
Communicate daily with repairers, engineers and claims units and proactive management of each claim to ensure an efficient motor claims service.
Identify the correct process that drives claims to settlement economically and fairly.
Controlling claims costs by following best practice processes.
Handling of incoming telephone calls.

What you'll bring: Customer Service experience from any industry.
Able to influence customer outcomes and the promotion of AXA services.
Previous insurance claims experience highly desirable but not essential.
Strong team player, self-motivated and able to work without close supervision.
Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and focus on the customer.
Excellent attention to detail and quality.
Excellent telephone skills.
