Responsibilities: Provide clients with advice on insurance products and coverage, helping them to make informed decisions.
Handle client queries and policy adjustments, providing top-tier customer service throughout the process.
Work closely with underwriters and insurers to negotiate terms and secure the best possible coverage for clients.
Review and prepare quotes as required.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products, generating new business and enhancing account profitability.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Proven experience as an Insurance Account Handler or in a similar role within the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of insurance products, procedures, and regulations.
Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
Highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
Experience of using insurance software systems (Acturis would be desirable).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work towards industry standard qualifications.
