Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Land Freight Location: Belfast Role Overview My client is looking for a proactive and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team, focusing on expanding their Land Freight business.
This role is essential for driving growth in new client acquisitions while nurturing relationships with existing customers.
With a competitive base salary of £25,000 to £30,000 plus a 15% commission structure, this position is ideal for a sales-driven professional who excels in a dynamic environment and is committed to achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities Sales Growth: Support monthly revenue goals by securing new business within the Land Freight sector, aiming to meet or exceed targets for customer shipments.
Lead Development: Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other methods, building a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Client Relationships: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to address their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction, contributing to long-term client retention.
Market Awareness: Stay informed on competitor activities and market trends, providing valuable insights to enhance business strategy.
Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the Head of Land Sales and Business Managers to align with business objectives and enhance the overall client experience.
Product Mastery: Develop a thorough understanding of the LAND product offerings and company processes to effectively address client needs and provide informed recommendations.
About You Industry Knowledge: Some understanding of the British and European Land Freight industry is beneficial but not required.
Sales Mindset: Demonstrated ability to reach or exceed sales targets with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with clients and providing timely updates.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated and capable of working independently, with a strong drive to achieve sales goals and earn commission.
Solution-Oriented: Skilled at identifying and implementing practical solutions to meet client challenges.
