Infrastructure Manager

Job Title: Infrastructure Manager Location: Swindon – Three days onsite a week Salary: £55,000-£65,000 We are supporting a scaling professional services organisation in Swindon to recruit for an Infrastructure Manager.

They are looking for a people-driven, proactive Infrastructure Manager who still enjoys being close to tech and looking after a small team. Knowledge of Azure, the M365 suite, and networking will be crucial as they prepare for several key deployments.
This a hybrid role and the expectation is to be onsite three days a week in Swindon.
The Role:
Design and implement scalable solutions Able to develop and implement an infrastructure roadmap that aligns to the business' needs. Manage 3rd parties to ensure work is being delivered to a high quality. Always monitoring and enhancing system performance. Ensure best practices and security protocols are being adhered to. The Candidate:
Extensive knowledge of design and deployment within Azure, M365 suite and networking. Understanding of cloud architecture, identity management and security frameworks. Excellent vendor management skills. Able to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Driven, organised, empathetic character.# Interested?
