Job Title: 1st Line Support EngineerLocation: Amersham, UKSalary: £26,000 per annumAbout the Role:My client are seeking a motivated and customer-focused 1st Line Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Amersham.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to build upon your existing IT support experience within a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.Key Responsibilities:Client Support: Respond to incoming technical support queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve 1st line technical issues, escalating complex cases to 2nd line support as required.System Monitoring: Monitor client systems proactively, identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact service.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and changes using the company's ticketing system.Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless support delivery and client satisfaction.Essential Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience in an IT support role.MSP Background: Proven experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.APPLY and send your CV to ******.
