Within this Industrial Recruitment Consultant role, you will be responsible for; Attracting, interviewing and placing candidates for the Cheshire area Focus heavily on business development in terms of contacting prospective clients with view to utilising our services Selling process by providing the right candidates to our clients at the right time Maintaining strong relationships in the market Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant Building a client base and candidate pool for the Cheshire areas Requirements for this Industrial Recruitment Consultant role; Minimum 2 years' experience in an Industrial Recruitment role previously Sales Experience Attention to detail and ability to analyse information Full UK Driving Licence Being able to work within a fast-paced working environment is essential.
