Inbound Sales Advisor Package: £28,000 basic salary Uncapped commission Company: Our client is currently recruiting an Inbound Sales Advisor to join their successful team in Northampton on a full-time permanent basis.
You will be qualifying leads, building rapport with potential clients and meeting weekly KPI's.
With an industry leading commission structure in place, you can achieve more than £70k plus in year one.

You will adopt a proactive and consultative sales approach, enjoying the opportunity to build relationships with your customers and provide them with the most suitable finance solutions for their businesses.
Job Responsibilities: Qualifying leads effectively.
Engaging with inbound inquiries to understand their business finance needs.
Conducting outbound calls to businesses to present tailored finance solutions.
Leading and attending face-to-face meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
Achieving realistic weekly and monthly KPIs.
Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
Retaining customers by conducting service reviews and actively seeking cross-selling opportunities to maximise every chance.
Desired Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong focus on customer service.
Ability to prioritize tasks, self-motivate, and maintain a can-do attitude.
