Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
Assist customers with inquiries, issues, or complaints regarding products/services.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in our system.
Identify and escalate urgent issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.
Ability to listen actively and empathize with customers.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
