Job DescriptionGlasgow City Council's Customer Contact Centre (CCC) handles incoming telephone enquiries for Glasgow City Council and the Glasgow family.
We invite applications for an exciting and varied role as a full-time (35 hours per week) Customer Service Advisor working within the busy CCC team.
The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, the ability to multi-task and be flexible and be able to work under pressure.
Your day will be varied from call handling supporting a variety of GCC services such as Cleansing, Public Health, Registrars, Education grants etc.Comprehensive training and continuous supervisory support will be provided.Hybrid working is available in this role.
