In-House Us Tax (Senior) Manager

Our client is a leading digital-first marketing, technology services and consulting company that connects content, data and digital media.
They are currently seeking a US Tax Manager to join their team in London.
This role offers the opportunity to manage outsourced US tax compliance within an organisation that operates across various ecosystems including consulting, enterprise software, gaming, film, social, digital advertising, data, and measurement.

What you'll do: Oversee all aspects of US tax compliance.
Manage US tax calculations on a regular basis.
Ensure timely quarterly payments and provisions.
Handle transfer pricing effectively.
Liaise with the external provider for smooth operations.
Stay updated with changes in US federal and state tax laws.
What you bring: CPA qualification is mandatory.
Proven experience in managing US federal and state tax is required.
Strong understanding of transfer pricing.
Ability to manage outsourced services effectively.
Excellent knowledge of US tax laws.
Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with external providers.
