Astral Legal has partnered with a global company supporting the Energy space. My client is based in London and offers hybrid working (2 days in the office).

The ideal Legal Counsel will be joining a small Legal team, so lots of exciting work will be on offer.


Your duties as a Legal Counsel will include:Providing general legal commercial support to the business on a global basis under the support of the Senior Lawyer.Supporting and managing the business's commercial legal issues on a global basis, covering a wide range of issues including IP, Sales, Supplier contracts, and Data Protection.Supporting the Senior Legal Counsel and General Counsel in establishing systems, processes, and controls to manage legal risk within the business.Working closely with the team's legal vendors to manage day-to-day service delivery, ensuring prioritized work.Supporting Senior Legal Counsel and General Counsel on projects, business implementation, and commercial contracts.Drafting, negotiating, and advising on a range of agreements, including both customer and supplier contracts.Partnering with colleagues in the business and managing senior stakeholders.If you are open to working within a sector that is making a difference and you are a 4-6 year PQE lawyer, please contact me for further information.
