They are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Regulatory Lawyer to join their Group legal team.

You will have at least 6 years' broad regulatory experience within the regulated financial services space.
Some in-house experience is desirable but not compulsory.
Reporting to the Group GC, you will collaborate with senior management, the Compliance team, and other internal departments to manage the complex regulatory landscape within this business sector.
Acting as primary legal point of contact for all regulatory legal enquiries, you will interpret regulations issued by financial regulatory bodies, including the FCA.
You will advise on complex matters such as licensing, reporting obligations, risk management, contracts, fund documentation, and Terms of Business.
Your first-rate academic qualifications and impressive career record will be the basis of your in-depth understanding of the financial services industry.
