OUR CLIENT A well established and successful global fin-tech business THE ROLE We have a new opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor c 2-5pqe to join a highly regarded international legal department, you will be responsible for a broad ranging co/co/IT workload.The core areas of work will cover; data/software contracts, outsourcing agreements, NDAs, client agreements and amendments for new products and customers, vendor agreements, software license agreements, standard terms of business, and intrr group agreements.
