Job Purpose:  The Improvement Coach works directly with frontline staff, service teams, and leadership to embed CQI practices into daily operations.
This role provides hands-on training, facilitates workshops, and supports staff in implementing improvement methodologies.  Requirements Key Responsibilities:  Deliver tailored CQI training programmes to staff at all levels.  Facilitate improvement huddles, workshops, and coaching sessions.  Support teams in applying CQI tools, such as root-cause analysis and PDSA cycles.  Mentor staff to build confidence and capability in leading improvement initiatives.  Assist in the co-design and implementation of improvement projects.  Monitor project progress and provide feedback to teams on outcomes and next steps.  Promote a culture of continuous improvement by recognising and celebrating team successes.  Qualifications and Experience:  Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare management, or a related field.  5+ years of experience in coaching, facilitation, or CQI training delivery.  Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent CQI methodologies.  Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a healthcare setting.  Key Skills :  Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation abilities.  Proficiency in improvement tools and techniques.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package.
