Immigration Paralegal

Job DescriptionOn behalf of our client we are looking for an Immigration Paralegal with a minimum of 12 months experience to join a busy team based in Bedford.Ideally you will: Assist fee earners with researchArranging appointments at the UK Visas and Immigration and liaising with the visa agentEnsuring electronic application forms are kept up to dateAssisting with the preparation of same day applications and liaising closely with the main fee earnerProof reading and checking forms and documents for accuracyCompletion of immigration application forms, standard letters/emails for fee earner review and submission to the UK Visas and ImmigrationTelephone calls to organisations, monitoring and checking progress of applications and reporting back to fee earnersGeneral administration.
