About the Role As Hygiene Front-Line Manager (Nights) you will be effectively and efficiently managing the resources within the hygiene team, ensuring the best standard of hygiene is delivered.
Key Responsibilities You will ensure that all 2SFG legal and customer requirements are followed at all times.
e.g., hygiene, COSHH ,food safety, product quality, policies and procedures.

Ensure there is a plan to deliver and achieve all hygiene schedules daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, periodic and annual as well as one off deep cleans Ensure there is a plan to deliver and achieve all hygiene schedules daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, periodic and annual as well as one off deep cleans About You We are looking for an experienced Hygiene Manager who is a great communicator and has strong computer literacy skills to leverage their existing knowledge and experience as a Hygiene Manager and be the sole senior leader during the night shifts of our prestigious manufacturing site.
Key Skills Level 3 Food Safety certification Extensive knowledge of COSHH Experience in deep cleaning of equipment Understanding of Health & Safety Knowledge of safe working with chemicals as well as chemical ordering and stock control.
The role is based at our site UK Poultry site in West Bromwich and the typical working hours are Tuesday to Saturday 9pm - 6am.
