Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Humanities Teacher to join our team.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, tailoring their approach to meet the diverse needs of students and fostering a passion for the Humanities.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Humanities subjects in line with the National Curriculum.
Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment that promotes active learning and participation.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Humanities curriculum and share best practices.
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich students' educational experiences.
Person Specification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Degree in a relevant Humanities discipline.
Experience teaching Humanities at the secondary level.
Strong understanding of effective teaching strategies and classroom management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
