Job Title: HR Project Delivery Specialist Company: Global Leading Pharmaceutical Company Contract Duration: Until 31st March 2025 (end of financial year) FTE; Full time (37.5 hours/week) Location: Remote in the UK with 1day/month in Surrey office for meetings COMPANY SUMMARY Our client is a global leading pharmaceutical company known with 10k plus employees worldwide.

ROLE SUMMARY Our client is looking for a Project Delivery Specialist to join a dynamic Human Resources team and take on a pivotal role in delivering key HR initiatives that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and support organizational objectives.
As a Project Delivery Specialist, you will lead the establishment and ongoing delivery of HR projects across HR Operations and broader HR teams.
Collaborating closely with HRBPs, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and other HR stakeholders, you will provide professional project management expertise to complex HR programs and initiatives, ensuring they are executed effectively, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee HR project governance, reporting, and delivery.
Design dashboards, business readiness criteria, and acceptance criteria for projects.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Deliver cyclical HR activities while meeting objectives and service standards.
Collaboration & Innovation: Work with HR teams to identify projects and determine resource requirements.
Drive forward project management capabilities and best practices across HR.
Partner with Continuous Improvement specialists to enhance HR service delivery.
Communication & Reporting: Manage project communications using HR communication plans.
Prepare reports and updates for steering committees, executives, and boards.
Required Experience/Skills Proven experience in HR project management within a Shared Service Centre environment.
Strong understanding of project management tools and techniques.
Experience implementing continuous improvement projects (process and technology).
Knowledge of HR metrics, KPIs, and HRIS applications.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related systems.
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work independently.
