An exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll / HR Administrator has arisen to join our client based in Pangbourne.
You will be supporting the HR Manager and HR Advisor in ensuring that the Payroll and HR Function provides a professional service to the organisation.
Location: Outskirts of Reading – fully office base dSalary: £30,00 0Working Hours : 9am - 5.30pm Benefits : pension, generous holiday + bank holidays, free parkin g As the Payroll / HR Administrator, you will be responsible for : Support the HR Team with the recruitment proce ssProduce offer letters and contract s.Completing new starter checklist which will include referenci ngCarry out DBS & right to work chec ksCo-ordination of safeguarding traini ngAdministration and processing of monthly payroll for all staf f.Upload new starter information to the payroll system, calculating hour s.Enter changes on to the system such as sickness, holidays, leavers, and starters each month to the payroll syst emUpload pension data to pension providers each mon thProduction of annual salary letters and uploading the salary to the payroll syst e m The successful candidate will have the following related skills / experien ce:Previous experience of working in a payroll position is essential for this r oleas well as proven work history in a busy HR functi on.A positive and outgoing attitude is required as well as the ability to communicate with a wide range of peop le.Strong organisation skills and attention to det ailIntermediate user of MS Off iceExperience of Moorepay would be advantageous but not essenti al.Due to the location, you will need to be a driver with your own transp ort
