About the Role - This role is critical to the HR Function and Organizational transformation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing organizational insights, analytics, and reporting capabilities; driving process simplification and standardization; and leading the implementation of systems and tools to enable the effective delivery of the HR strategy.
This position plays a key role in ensuring HR processes are data-driven, efficient, and aligned with overall business objectives, while enhancing the employee experience.
Responsibilities - Organizational Insights, Analytics and Reporting Process Simplification & Standardization, System enablement Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Qualifications & Skill Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience (3 to 5 y) in HR analytics, process improvement, or system implementation roles.
Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and metrics, including workforce planning, employee engagement, and compliance reporting.
Technical Skills Process Improvement Expertise Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Project and Change Management Interpersonal & Communication Skills Language Skills: Fluent English
