Role Overview: As the HR Operations Manager, you will lead and personally deliver an exceptional operational HR service across the Glasgow office.
Managing a team of two HR Advisors and one HR Administrator, you will oversee a broad range of HR activities throughout the employment cycle.
Your leadership will ensure the continuous improvement of all HR operations, aligning with our clients service principles.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Guide and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and potential.
Operational Excellence: Develop and monitor operating procedures and service standards to deliver consistent, high-quality HR services.
Policy Development: Create and implement new company policies.
Objective Setting: Establish and track HR team objectives.
Onboarding & Off-boarding: Oversee the entire process to ensure a seamless experience.
Reward Administration: Manage promotions, salary reviews, bonuses, and other incentives.
Project Collaboration: Work with the Head of HR on key projects.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all activities meet legislative requirements.
HR Reporting: Develop and manage HR analytics and reporting.
Employee Relations: Support and guide HR Advisors on best practices.
Skills Required: - Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

Experience & Qualifications: Essential: - Proven experience as an HR Operations Manager or equivalent role.
- Experience in a busy, diverse role with team management and hands-on administration.
- Previous people management experience.
- Expertise in HR policies and employee relations.
- Experience providing expert advice and coaching on ER issues.
Desirable: - Experience with European HR legislation in the Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium.
