Previously Holiday Inn London Oxford Circus, The Welbeck Hotel offers an upscale boutique feel to all 164 bedrooms that matches the classic 19th century architecture.
The Human Resources Officer role at The Welbeck Hotel is not just about hitting targets, its about creativity and initiative, nurturing memorable relationships.
As a Welbecker you will play an integral role in spotting talent and create an atmosphere in delivering Memorable Experiences!
Your role will include: Proactive in recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with the business objectives.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues and work to resolve conflicts promptly.
Administer performance management systems, including goal-setting, evaluations, and professional development programs.
Manage compensation and benefits Process of Payroll Advise management on HR best practices and organisational changes.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Oversee the HR department by providing leadership, coaching, and performance feedback.
Qualifications & Skills: CIPD qualified or in process Experience of working in hospitality Strong knowledge of employment law, practices, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software (i.e Fourth Hospitality).
Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data and reporting.
