Human Resources Officer

Location: Amesbury, Wiltshire - 5 days a week on site.
Will consider someone looking to work a 4 day week.
Position: HR Advisor - January start Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 About Us: Our client is a leading engineering company dedicated to innovation and excellence.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Advisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive HR support and advice to managers and employees.
Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
Requirements: CIPD Level 5 qualification.
2-3 years of experience in an HR advisory role.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
