Human Resources Manager

HR Manager 6 month FTC London, Hybrid £60-65k annual salary HR Manager required to complete a 6 month contract for a national facilities management company.
This is a hybrid role working 3 days per week predominantly from the London City Head office with option to work across other sites in London zones 1-2.
Key Responsibilities Management of the full HR cycle, supported by one HR Assistant Coaching and guidance to people managers Regular updates to C Suite Salary benchmarking Change management Recruitment and inductions Oversight of 3rd party payroll Employee relations and performance management Learning and development planning and delivery of training Occasional national travel Desirable skills and experience: Full generalist remit Working in a standalone capacity or a small team Supporting an employee network with a high percentage of frontline customer service staff Understanding of multisite operations Able to deliver quick solutions We are keen to speak with those available to start this role asap.
