Position: Human Resources Intern Company: Join Momentum Location: Remote Responsibilities: ol marginbottom: 0in; margintop: 0in ul marginbottom: 0in; margintop: 0in li margintop: 0in; marginbottom: 8pt Assist in the analysis of recruitment data including but not limited to applicant tracking system (ATS) data hiring metrics and candidate feedback.
Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement strategies for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates.
Support the creation and maintenance of recruitment reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist in the development and of recruitment campaigns and events both virtual and inperson.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes.
Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent management.
