About the Role: The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR function across a broad spectrum of people matters globally, working collaboratively with the existing team. You will play an important role enhancing the smooth running and efficient operation of the HR team, across the whole employee lifecycle. You will provide first line advice to the business, responding to queries and signposting tools and support. You will adopt a customer centric approach to a wide range of stakeholders who are spread across 5 countries, recognising the importance of executing the activities below consistently to a high standard.
Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordination of recruitment activities including; Job specification creation, job postings, interview schedules, candidate screening and shortlisting and working closely with hiring managers to design a fit for purpose selection process. Working with internal communications on the publishing of internal vacancies. Drafting and issuing contracts of employment for new and existing employees. Administration of new hires including onboarding preparation and system set up. Employee relations
Coaching line managers on low level employee relations cases including return to work, absence and performance cases, escalating complex cases to the HR Business Partners. Coordinate employee probationary period with reviews with line managers. Coach line managers on the setting and effective review of objectives. HR Administration & Compliance
Support the HR team in the design and implementation of training interventions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Training compliance including creating and issuing delegate information and maintaining records. Systems and documentation Maintain and update employee records. Support the HR team with HR metrics and insights that can be shared with the wider business. Qualifications: Experience operating in a HR coordinator capacity in a fast-paced business environment.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.
A willingness to invest in ongoing professional development.
Ability to forge positive relationships across all levels of the business.
Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HR software including workday is a plus.
Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
A willingness to 'roll sleeves up' and work on transactional HR activities.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Committed to working harmoniously and collaboratively within a small HR team.

Location: You will be based at the headquarters in Wolverhampton to allow for team collaboration.
Benefits: Base Salary £30,000 per annum. Flexible working, we are more focused on outputs as opposed to rigid office hours. Annual Bonus up to 10% based on business performance, currently paid at half year and full year. Pension up to 10.5% Employer contributions. Shares. Company provided onsite refreshments including fruit, biscuits, juice and breakfasts. 25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays.
