Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take on a strategic role in a growing, well-established business? My client is looking for a talented HR Business Partner to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with substantial experience in driving HR transformation, especially in transitioning from paper-based systems to automated solutions.
As HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy and creating a positive employee experience. You'll manage a wide range of responsibilities, from refining policies and processes to providing expert support on employee relations. Your ability to manage complex change processes and drive efficiency through automation will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the transition from paper-based to automated HR systems Drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business growth and employee engagement Act as a trusted advisor on all employee relations matters Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and processes Collaborate closely with management to ensure alignment of HR strategies with business objectives What they are looking for: Significant HR experience, ideally with a focus on digital transformation Strong background in employee relations, including managing complex cases Proficiency in policy management and process improvement Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strategic mindset This is an excellent opportunity to bring your expertise to a thriving business that values innovation and growth. Salary : Up to £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Location : South of Cambridge
