Success Recruit are currently working with a leading supplier based in Hadleigh, providing a high-end service to the Construction Industry. The Company is in search of a Human Resources Business Partner to join their growing team. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in HR to support the Hadleigh manufacturing site & North Essex based office - with a key focus on utilising excellent communication & interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Expectations of the Successful Human Resources Business Partner: Ideally hold CIPD level 3/5 minimum qualification & keen to invest in further studies Demonstrate clear ability to build relationships and handle sensitive issues with an empathetic approach & confidentiality Experience working on succession business planning & developing competency assessments Happy to travel on occasions to other sites The successful Human Resources Business Partner will be rewarded with: A supportive working environment with an open-door policy & opportunity to develop with further studies in HR Hybrid working (3 days in office and 2 from home) 2x annual salary life insurance Reward Gateway 20 days holiday + an additional 3 days at Christmas Free parking on-site Job Specification Purpose of the role: The Human Resources Business Partner will report directly to and support the Human Resources Director. They will offer a wealth of experience in employee relations, occupational health, ethics, payroll, people advisory processes, and talent management. This position requires strong HR analytical skills & the ability to make data-driven decisions, as well as providing an empathetic, understanding approach to people / employees. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent project management skills when planning, executing, and monitoring process improvement initiatives.
Duties to include but not limited to: Supporting and advising managers in all aspects of employee relations - including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management, along with organisational change (TUPE, restructures) Ensuring HR policies are implemented on a consistent basis and identifying changes that may be required Working with the business units regarding recruitment plans, talent management, and succession planning Working in partnerships with managers to develop and maintain good working relationships Assisting in compiling key reports, reviewing job descriptions, and introducing competency measurements Managing various HR projects - HRIS Implementation and Occupational Health Playing a critical role in streamlining processes and developing group policies This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in HR and enjoy taking ownership.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Flexible hours with core hours between 9am - 4pm.
Salary: Circa £40K (DOE)
