This role will support senior leaders, managers, and employees by delivering expert HR solutions in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development, with a strong focus on fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities : Strategic Partnership : Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and align HR strategies to meet business needs.
Employee Relations : Serve as a trusted advisor, handling conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
Performance Management : Guide managers through performance reviews, goal setting, and career development.
Talent Management : Support succession planning, helping managers strengthen their teams and identify key talent risks.
Organizational Development : Drive initiatives in organizational change, development, and workforce planning for growth and efficiency.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) : Champion initiatives that create an inclusive and equitable workplace.
Project Management : Lead assigned projects aligned with HR strategies, supporting organizational transitions effectively.
Skills and Attributes : Data-savvy with the ability to interpret information for decision-making.
In-depth understanding of UK employment law and best HR practices.
Strong communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proven experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification is desirable, along with a valid UK driver's license.
