We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who will work closely with our senior and executive leaders across the group by providing support to enable effective people plans and strategies ensuring alignment to the group's overall plan.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Maintain strong partnerships with senior leaders to shape the people plan, provide challenge for optimal outcomes.
Coach senior leaders to foster a people-centric culture aligned with the group's vision and values.
Analyse trends and metrics for enhancing people capabilities, offer solutions to address challenges.
Understand the group's strategy, customers, and collaborate with team members for L&D and engagement support.
Provide support on people related cycles such as reward and salary reviews, engagement surveys and mentor colleagues.
Advise leaders on attraction, succession, retention for enhancing business performance.
Collaborate closely within the people team and the Group, ensuring ethical practices as per policy.
Offer support for analysis in mergers and acquisition activities, lead people-related aspects of Group projects.
Specialise in AAF certification for senior leaders, contribute to gender pay goals and adhere to business standards.
