The Role: As an HR Advisor, you'll be a key player in the HR team, offering hands-on support across all departments.
This is a role where no two days are the same.
You will: Partner with managers to provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
Play an essential part in driving HR process improvements and ensuring legal compliance.
Get involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee development programmes that help teams thrive.
Manage a variety of employee relations cases—bringing your problem-solving skills to the table in disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations.
Contribute to wellbeing initiatives that promote a supportive and inclusive workplace.

What You'll Bring: CIPD membership or a recognised HR qualification.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
A strong grasp of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Confidence in building relationships with managers and employees, along with strong communication skills.
The ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Desirable Skills: Experience supporting mental health and wellbeing initiatives.
Previous experience delivering training or internal communications.
