Human Resources Advisor

A prestigious law firm in the heart of the City of London, specialising in Private Client and Technology, Media, and Entertainment sectors, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the firm on an initial 6 month FTC .
You'll be at the heart of our HR operations, providing guidance and support on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and policy implementation.
You'll work closely with department heads and managers to ensure we attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Previous HR experience as an HR generalist Good understanding of employment legislation Direct experience of advising on performance, disciplinary, grievance, absence management and general employee relations issues including termination of employment Proven experience of building effective relationships with internal client base with strong stakeholder management skills Part or full CIPD qualification is desirable.
