Job Title: HR Advisor (6-Month Fixed Term Contract) Location: Birmingham Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Are you a passionate and proactive HR professional with a strong foundation in HR advisory?
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our team in Birmingham on a 6-month fixed-term contract .
About the Role: In this key role, you will provide expert HR advice and guidance, supporting managers and employees across a range of HR matters.
This includes employee relations, policy implementation, and recruitment support.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of a positive and effective HR service during this critical period.
Key Responsibilities: Offer expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handle employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Support recruitment processes, including onboarding and induction.
Assist in the implementation and updating of HR policies.
Contribute to the development of HR projects and initiatives.
About You: To succeed in this role, you will need to bring: A Level 5 CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in a generalist HR advisory role.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
