About you: We're seeking a skilled and experienced HRIS Project Manager to assist in the implementation of CIPHR for our People and Culture function.
You will be responsible for the planning, coordinating and management of the entire project lifecycle to ensure the successful deployment of CIPHR.
This is a fixed term contract initially for 6 months.
The Role: As our HRIS Project Manager, this role will blend HR systems expertise, project management skills and a deep understanding of HR processes and technology.
More specifically, you will be: Working closely with People and Culture, Technical Services, and other business departments to gather system requirements, ensuring CIPHR aligns with People and Culture's needs.
Developing comprehensive project plans for the implementation of the CIPHR system, defining key milestones, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
Acting as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, communicating project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
Facilitating regular project status meetings, track progress, and prepare reports for senior management.
Aligning with the People and Culture team on data cleansing and data extraction ready for data migration.
Overseeing data migration from legacy systems into CIPHR, ensuring accuracy and data integrity throughout the process.
Coordinating with our Technical Service teams for the integration of CIPHR with other enterprise systems (e.g.
Payroll) Managing system testing phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure CIPHR meets business and technical requirements.
Troubleshooting any issues that arise during testing or post-implementation and work with the vendor to resolve them.
Skills and Experience: Proven experience in HRIS Project management ideally of CIPHR  Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll and compliance  Knowledge of data migration processes and system integrations  Excellent project management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Why Trooli: At Trooli, we are passionate about innovation and excellence.
