Position: HR Business Partner (HR BP) Location: London (Hybrid Work) Languages: Fluent English and Spanish required Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to business leaders supporting talent management and organizational development.
Ensure compliance with UK labor laws and other relevant markets collaborating with external legal advisors when necessary.
Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract diverse highquality talent aligned with the companys goals.
Manage performance evaluations and develop professional growth plans to foster internal talent development.
Collaborate on the design and review of competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Develop HR KPIs and reports to monitor the progress of HR initiatives.
Requirements: University degree in Human Resources Labor Law Business Administration or related fields.
A specialization in Labor Law is a plus.
At least 57 years of experience in HR with a minimum of 3 years as an HR BP in the financial or insurance sectors.
Indepth knowledge of UK labor laws.
Languages: Advanced level of both English and Spanish.
Excellent communication negotiation and talent management skills.
Key Competencies: Strategic and pragmatic mindset.
Ability to handle complex and sensitive situations.
Strong focus on building a positive organizational culture aligned with business objectives.
