We provide centralised support, expertise and guidance across our UK and Group operations, continuing to build on our success and trailblazing the way to our next stage of digital growth.What you'll doThe HR TUPE Business Partner is responsible for supporting line management with TUPE transactions to ensure commercial and legal requirements are met and an employee experience in line with VF values.
The support the role holder provides covers all stages of a transaction from due diligence to onboarding/ offboarding.
Key accountabilities include:Attending business initiation meetings to represent HREnsuring appropriate due diligence is completed and provide an analysis of key costs and issuesFor larger transactions, establishing a HR project team Reviewing and providing input into key contractual clausesEnsuring any answers provided as part of due diligence are approved by the appropriate policy owner ( Reward, Employee Relations, Vetting etc.
)Who you are Previous experience of managing large UK TUPEsProject management skills Presentation and good communication skills Excellent stakeholder management Consultation / Negotiation experience
