HR People Partner Role Purpose:
We are looking for a HR People Partner who will work closely with our senior and executive leaders across the group by providing support to enable effective people plans and strategies ensuring alignment to the group's overall plan.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Maintain strong partnerships with senior leaders to shape the people plan, providing challenge for optimal outcomes. Coach senior leaders to foster a people-centric culture aligned with the group's vision and values. Analyse trends and metrics for enhancing people capabilities, offering solutions to address challenges. Understand the group's strategy, customers, and collaborate with team members for L&D and engagement support. Provide support on people-related cycles such as reward and salary reviews, engagement surveys, and mentor colleagues. Advise leaders on attraction, succession, and retention for enhancing business performance. Collaborate closely within the people team and the Group, ensuring ethical practices as per policy. Offer support for analysis in mergers and acquisition activities, leading people-related aspects of Group projects. Specialise in AAF certification for senior leaders, contribute to gender pay goals and adhere to business standards. Essential Skills and Knowledge: Experience of advising and consulting in a HR capacity within the financial services. Grasp of insurance, broking and how it is regulated. CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience. Leading organisational change initiatives. Influencing senior leaders without authority. Interpreting and analysing people-related data. Managing others. Experience of analysis on M&A activity. Technical Skills. Organisational design. UK/Irish Employment legislation. Talent and succession management. Creating company culture. AAF Certification SMCR Regime. Leadership skills and behaviours. TUPE. Desirable: Chartered MCIPD educated to a degree standard or equivalent. Managing transition and leading successful integration plans. Why us?
