Survivors in Transition (SiT) is seeking an experienced  HR Coordinator  to oversee and enhance our HR processes and contribute to the smooth operation of our impactful work.

Part time role, flexible options - £28,000 Pro rata Your Key Responsibilities will include: Recruitment Management Onboarding Excellence Attendance and Performance Monitoring HR Data Management Training Coordination Exit Management Policy and Compliance Support Employee Welfare and Motivation Subcontracted Therapist Management Qualifications CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in HR good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
