Your Role We are looking for a for an HR Business Partner.
In this role you will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with the organization's senior leadership team to diagnose people priorities, create people plans and help implement organization-wide initiatives.
The role holder will combine an excellent knowledge of the business with an understanding of the industry (including best practice and trends) to support the Head of HR to develop a strategic and commercially advantageous HR agenda that delivers the aims of the organization.
Your Responsibilities Provide a wide-ranging HR Business Partnering service, ensuring that all line managers have the necessary tools and capability to professionally manage themselves and their teams.
Build and maintain visible and meaningful working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.
Provide strategic HR guidance and insights to drive the delivery of the business and workforce plans.
Advise the business in change management, organizational design, employee engagement and talent management.
Lead and help continually develop the HR vision, acting as a role model through the demonstration of exemplary behaviours and demonstrable knowledge.
Develop appropriate solutions to people issues that enable stakeholders to better meet their commercial and strategic objectives.
Act as the workstream lead for all people related activities relating to bids, tenders and acquisitions, ensuring that people solutions are appropriately costed and resourced.
Your Skills and Experiences Proven experience as a generalist HR Business Partner, partnering senior leaders within the organization Proven background in adding value and improving operational efficiencies through managing cost and people development.
High quality communication and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to deliver HR services across multiple sites and workforce demographics.
Strong experience of leading through change and transformation.
